Located in Guichen, 20 km south of Rennes, Art DS has been offering professional clients a wide range of decoration items, gifts, and souvenirs for 25 years, distributed through over 400 retail outlets in the mass market.

Guided by trends and constantly seeking inspiration and new designs for its products, Art DS places personalization at the heart of its customer relationships, offering increasingly original, innovative, and responsible products.

With a strong Breton identity, Art DS prioritizes partnerships with local suppliers.

The context

Operating in a highly competitive market, Art DS has always aimed to enhance performance through innovation to remain competitive.

The company had already invested in an ERP and an order-taking solution for its field sales team. It had also started implementing a webshop for B2B distributor restocking.

However, beyond these tools, the company was looking for close customer service and a strong relational approach, partnering with a provider attentive to their specific business needs.

Dissatisfied with the commercial relationship with their previous provider, Art DS decided to end the collaboration.
