Founded in 1975, Peigné Fleurs is a company based at the Nantes MIN (Wholesale Market), specialised in the wholesale of cut flowers for professional florists.

PF is certified Fleurs de France and offers its clients locally grown flowers, as well as imported flowers, notably from Kenya and Ecuador, whose producers are environmentally conscious and 95% Fair Trade certified.

Peigné Fleurs PF currently distributes its products through multiple channels :

  • Its Cash & Carry store at the Nantes MIN
  • Two independent online shops, offering a wide range of flowers directly from production
  • Its fleet of delivery trucks, covering Loire-Atlantique and neighboring departments, delivering products directly to professional clients

In 2019, the company sought to grow by innovating and diversifying its offering. Peigné Fleurs regularly enriches its range with new varieties to adapt to demand and market trends. Digitalization is also part of this strategy, aiming to meet customer needs efficiently.

Challenges & tailored solutions

Already equipped with a central management software but dissatisfied with the existing mobile order-taking tool and its service provider, the new head of the comany aimed to modernize and streamline data flows between the trucks and headquarters.

Practicing “leave-on-site sales” , a specific commercial practice in this sector where goods are delivered directly to clients, the company faced the challenge of invoices being issued as paper receipts handed over at delivery, which lacked clarity.
